Seat Ibiza (02 - 09)

The Ibiza is one of those cars that will always sell really well, even years after it has been released. They’re good looking cars that are ridiculously easy to drive, and very cheap to buy and run. This model was and still is a really successful car. It shares the same underpinnings as the Skoda Fabia, and the Volkswagen Polo, the styling is pretty sporty, and it’s one of the best little city cars you can get. It is also hugely popular amongst learner drivers, as is the previous model. Practicality levels are impressive too. It looks small on the outside but there’s decent passenger space and good size boot, which can be made bigger by dropping the back seats. When it comes to performance, you just can’t fault the Ibiza. The ease at which it can be manoeuvred, the visibility, and driving position gives you great confidence behind the wheel. It handles well, has a good feel to the steering and overall is like a well-co-ordinated piece of work. It doesn’t cost a fortune to buy or run either.
