Ford C-Max (03 - 10)

It says a lot about Ford’s reputation that despite being late comers to the compact people carrier segment, they still managed to deliver a huge success in the C-Max. There is more than one reason as to why this car is as popular as it is. Based on the fantastic and ever-popular Focus, it has the benefit of the Ford reputation for reliability and value for money, and it is hugely practical. The interior is spacious, comfortable and packed full of equipment, even in the entry level model. On the road it has all of the characteristics of a typical Ford car. It handles incredibly well - the steering is sharp and the ride quality, while it can be a bit on the firm side at times, is pretty good overall. There is also a good choice of engines, all of which are super-efficient, economical and give an enjoyable driving experience.
